The Boca Raton is offering an attractive group rate for Symposium attendees of US$300 per night (basic room). Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (7%), fees (including a discounted $20 resort fee), and assessments.
Recommended hotel nights: Check-in Tuesday, July 26 and check-out Saturday, July 30, 2022. (If the hotel has availability, they will extend our conference rates two days before and after these dates.)

HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
This group rate is valid until Monday, June 26th, 2022, and guests are required to guarantee the reservation with a major credit card, along with a first night’s deposit. Reservations are refundable up to three days in advance of the event date. If cancellation is within three days, guest will be charged for one-night room and tax. Reservations and deposits received after June 26th, 2022, or exceeding the contracted room block, will be confirmed on a space- and rate-available basis only. Rates are good two days before and two days after the conference, based on hotel availability.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Conference attire is business casual. The hotel and conference rooms are kept cool, so please bring a light sweater or jacket with you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you need to cancel your participation, please email info@opptravel.com right away.
Cancellations received after May 1, 2022, but on or before June 25, 2022, will receive a full refund less a $100 USD per person processing fee. Cancellations received after June 25, 2022, are non-refundable.
GUEST TICKETS
Guests must purchase a General Admission Ticket if they want to attend the meetings.
If your guest is only interested in attending the Symposium social events, they will be most welcome. You can purchase a Social Guest Ticket at the discounted price of US $299. This includes entrance to the Exhibit Hall, three breakfasts (Wednesday – Friday), the Welcome Cocktail Reception, and all coffee/snack breaks.
The Boca Raton also offers an excellent concierge service that can assist with tours or excursions, and we highly recommend the services at their onsite spa.
SUNSET DINNER CRUISE, WEDNESDAY, JULY 27
Cruise departs from the resort at 6 p.m. and returns at approximately 10 p.m.
